Aukland Museum's LGBTQ+ staff say that to hold this exhibition would be a 'deterioration of their safe spaces'. What about womens' safe spaces?

I imagine it's just a small loud trans lobby group that intersects with the AM lgbt staff as well. Probably lots of LGBT staff just thinking "please just stop" to the fanaticists.

I was apalled and furious when I learned the exhibition had been cancelled. I still am. The lunatics are definately in control of the asylum, formerly known as Auckland Museum!

Censorship is a terrible thing. I hope that JK Rowling didn't upset some 3rd, 4th or 5th (AI) wave feminist somewhere in Parnell or Point Chevalier. As they'd undoubtedly cancel her.

JKR has also never expressed transphobic sentiments - at least not before 2022 when this article by EJ Rossetta was published and I've seen no evidence JKR has suddenly lost her composure, despite the ongoing barrage of foolishness since then. As EJ says in this article "To claim Rowling is transphobic because her time and focus are so often spent on women’s rights is like telling off a teapot for not giving you coffee." Please read and share the article (and you can follow EJ on twitter).
